Notes
Flash information for all Chromium based browsers has been removed except for those browsers which include a built-in version of Flash included (as a plugin) in the web browser. For example, Chromium itself doesn’t include its own built-in Flash, nor does Comodo Dragon, SRWare Iron, etc. On the other hand, all current versions of Google Chrome come with a built-in version of Flash as does CoolNovo (formerly known as ChromePlus). These are the only two Chromium based browsers I am aware of which include Flash.

The information on this page has been compressed, most of the old notes have been removed and all of the Firefox 4.x beta builds have been removed. This should make it easier to scroll through.

Google Chrome Channels (Chromium Based)
One of the down sides to installing the full installers (above) is that some of them might not automatically update as new releases come out. The stable installer might auto-update (not certain), but the beta and developer channel builds might never auto-update. For this reason I rarely ever installed the beta or developer builds on other people’s computers. The links below set your computer up for a specific Google Chrome "Channel" and once you install a channel you will automatically receive Chrome updates for the channel you joined as soon as they are released. In addition to the beta and developer channels there is also a "Canary" channel. The canary channel safely offers bleeding-edge nightly builds (you will get updates almost every day). The nice part about the canary channel is that it can be installed along side any of the other channels. In other words, you could run stable and canary, beta and canary or developer and canary. Canary uses its own profile folders so you don’t risk anything by using it. I am currently in the developer and canary channels and I am using Chrome browser sync (settings and data sync) without any issues. You can change channels (stable/beta/developer) any time but your browser won’t automatically update until the released browser version for channel you join is higher than the browser version of the channel you left.
