Registry Warp 2.0.0 Is Finally Here!

Basics

Click a Registry Favorite or Destination to jump to that location in the Registry.

Hacking

Edit regwarp1.dat to add Favorites following this format:

[regwarp]
HKCU Control Panel=hkey_current_user\control panel
HKCU Software=hkey_current_user\software

Whatever is to the left of the equal sign (=) will show up in the Favorites list.

Anything to the right of the equal sign is the actual Registry target.

You can edit this file "live" or externally.  If editing externally, save and then click the "Reload" button in Registry Warp.

Edit regwarp2.dat to add Destinations using this format:

hkey_current_user\control panel
hkey_current_user\software
hkey_current_user\software\wow6432node

One item per line.

Changes in 2.0.0

The "Drop Down" selector in the "Destination" (middle) section is functionally the same as the original Registry Warp drop down selector.  There are some decent changes to the functionality.

I am only mentioning this because there is also a drop down selector option for the Favorites section now too.
